One recipe, one very tired stand mixer, and a lot of people who kept asking for more.
How It Started
It Was Supposed To Be A Hobby
Abby baked for her neighbors first. Then for her neighbors’ offices. Then for a wedding, which is the point where a hobby quietly stops being a hobby and becomes a problem you have to solve with a lease.
The pink box came later, and it came from a simple idea: the box should feel like a gift even when you bought it for yourself on a Wednesday for no reason at all.
We kept the part that mattered. Small batches, real ingredients, and a menu that changes enough to stay exciting without ever losing the two cookies people would genuinely be upset to lose.
Baked Fresh, All Day
Nothing sits overnight. We bake in small batches from open until close, so the cookie you get was made hours ago, not yesterday.
Real Butter, Real Vanilla
No shortcuts in the mixing bowl. Good butter, real vanilla, chocolate we would happily eat by itself.
Six New Reasons Weekly
The lineup changes every single week. Two classics stay put, four rotate, and nothing ever gets boring.
Why It Changes
Six Flavors, Fifty Two Weeks
A fixed menu gets comfortable. A rotating one keeps the kitchen honest and gives everybody a reason to check back on Sunday night.
Four slots turn over every week. The other two belong to Pink Sugar and Milk Chocolate Chip, and they are not going anywhere, because we tried it once and it did not go well.
